ALC provided environmental services at Rockefeller Apartments, one of New York City’s most prominent commercial properties. Given the high-profile and visibility of this iconic landmark, ALC developed a comprehensive program integrating testing processes with safety protocols while minimizing public exposure.
Impact
Our team conducted asbestos surveys, for the purposes of filing the project with the New York City Department of Buildings, and air monitoring during abatement activities. ALC’s safety-focused approach ensured that the public would not be disrupted or exposed to hazardous materials.
