Comprehensive Environmental Services for a Large-Scale Residential Housing Community
Challenge
ALC Environmental has been providing a range of environmental services at Queens’ Lefrak City, a large residential housing complex including over 4,500 apartments. Services include XRF testing, lead hazard control, asbestos surveys, asbestos abatement, air monitoring, and mold investigations. Given the age and scale of the buildings, our work requires a systematic approach to ensure resident safety while meeting all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Impact
Our approach includes assigning a dedicated, full-time project manager that interacts with the client’s decision makers to ensure that all coordination and logistics are managed efficiently. By delivering accurate assessments and clear reporting, we help the client understand and prioritize next steps for overall compliance.
