ALC was engaged by an international banking institution to provide Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for properties across New York and New Jersey states. Following a strict due diligence process established by our client, ALC played a critical role in helping the bank evaluate environmental conditions and applicable regulations associated with acquisitions, refinancing, and portfolio management activities within the US real estate market.

Our team provided ESA Phase I reports to identify potential environmental concerns, followed by targeted Phase II work plans and investigations as applicable.
