Over the last 25 years, ALC has been entrusted to play a vital role in protecting schools, universities, learning centers, and daycare facilities throughout New York City and nationwide. We work closely with school administrators to navigate the intricate requirements imposed on educational facilities, helping them achieve full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
We routinely provide lead-based paint services, including XRF inspections and Dust Wipe Clearance, and abatement oversight. ALC conducts asbestos surveys and air monitoring for various universities, colleges, and other educational institutions throughout the United States.
Additionally, ALC has performed various contracts with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, completing HAZMAT investigations as a sub-contractor for multiple Engineering firms acting as prime contract holders. ALC has developed a successful approach to ensure that our site investigations avoid disruptions and prioritize safety of occupants while ultimately achieving full compliance.
