Ms. Basu Mallick brings nearly 15 years of expertise in environmental due diligence, industrial hygiene, and EHS compliance. She leads high-impact projects at ALC Environmental, including Phase I ESAs, mold/moisture intrusion assessments, lead-based paint evaluations, and NYC Local Law 55 implementation.

With a strong command of federal, state, and local regulations, she manages complex initiatives for residential, commercial, and public sector clients — including large-scale NYCHA PACT projects. Her strengths include project planning, budgeting, client engagement, and team leadership, all backed by key certifications in HAZWOPER, mold, and asbestos assessment.
