ALC has performed on multiple contracts with governmental agencies at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Each of these contracts require a unique understanding of how federal, state, and local laws interact to impose compliance requirements based on the scope of work. ALC conducted inspections in over 4,000 homes across New York state as part of the Build It Back and New York Rising programs as part of the recovery efforts following Hurricane Sandy. ALC collaborated with engineers, architects, and local authorities to coordinate multiple concurrent inspections that require strict adherence with testing and reporting protocols.
ALC served as a subcontractor on HUD’s Small Buy Environmental Lead Inspection Program, conducting lead inspections, third party reporting, stabilization plans, quality control, quality assurance and environmental clearances for homes built before 1978. ALC completed more than 12,000 inspections across 12 states and supported seven HUD Marketing and Management firms throughout the life of the contract. Also, ALC performed lead-based paint risk assessments for the Division of Youth and Family services, focusing on maintaining compliance in day care centers.
Locally, In New York City, ALC has performed on multiple contracts with various city agencies such as the NYC Housing Authority, NYC Department of Education, MTA, and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to mention only a few.
